Making time to practice with this guidance is a powerful way to care for and learn to love to body, mind and heart that is yours.

This is a course for anyone who often thinks or worries about food and weight loss, or whose eating behavior feels unhealthy, out of control or unsatisfying.  Using the principles of Intuitive Eating and consistent practice of mindfulness, old habits weaken, making space for new ways of relating to food and the body.
