A Taste of Mindfulness
About the Taste of Mindfulness
If you have ever wondered what mindfulness is and what it isn't, this event is for you. In a one hour session, you will experience a number of meditative practices and yoga. You will see how mindfulness can be incorporated into daily living - and learn that meditation is not done only while sitting on a cushion. This is for everyone who wants to learn about ancient practices that can help relieve stress in our modern world.
Your business, organization, class, club, scout troop, charity board, circle, or committee, might be interested in simple, effective ways to meet everyday stress. Enjoy an interactive MAP Center presentation that is specially designed to introduce mindfulness to your group.
